Purpose. The aim of this report is to assess the efficiency of the studying process of the language courses.
Gained knowledge. Being concerned mostly about acquiring better level of English language than I had by the time I came to study in your group, I am more than satisfied with the results due to the fact that I have not even thought I would have been able to write such articles and essays by the end of the course. Moreover, not only did I learn a lot about the language, but also I started to feel myself more freely while speaking, which also plays a significant role in acquiring a foreign language.
Studying process. As for the studying process, hardly can one even think of drawbacks of your approach to it for the reason that it met the needs of all of the students, who wanted to pass the FCE examination. The lessons were organized appropriately and, what is more important, they were not boring which helped everybody to keep attention and to be interested in studying the subject.
Conclusion. To sum up, the English classes could be considered to be far more efficient than I had expected and I have nothing to recommend to make them better.

When I enrolled in the course I pursued two aims: the local one was to become prepared for passing an international English exam and get a diploma, the global one was to improve my language skill. The first aim can be considered as achieved if results of my exam grammar part don’t seem to be too poor. As for the second aim, now I feel myself more confident in English than it was at the beginning of the course.
I have no idea what to advise to improve something. I was fully satisfied by your manner of teaching, preparation (I mean handout material, cards with sentences we checked in pairs, puzzles with “has” etc.), your energy and sense of humor that helped us to conceive information at the end of the day. I got used to your quick style of teaching although I complained about it in my letter after the first lesson.
I appreciate your insistence on our doing the homework, especially writing, it was helpful at exam. I’ll never forget the lesson when you gave detention to the students from a previous group and forced them to write the compositions they owed you, it was really impressive!
And I’d like to thank you again for checking my writings when I was on my practice.

I would like to thank and commend City and Guilds in Moscow for help and co-operation, in as much as I was happy to learn about of success my wife in passing the English test for Settlement Visa. There are many centers for the study of foreign languages available to take English exam and issue a Сertificate, which necessary submit at the British Embassy, but I explained to my wife that City and Guilds are highly thought of and trusted, because I had passed exam City and Guilds in the 80s the same way, so I had no hesitation in choosing them who were first established in 1878 (!) and with over 8500 centres in 81 countries.
